Welcome to unwind and recharge at the Kiljava Resort Yoga Retreat!
During this weekend, we’ll enjoy yoga, stretching, and deep relaxation, delicious meals, and the tranquility of nature by Lake Sääksjärvi. The retreat offers an opportunity to recover, refresh, and reconnect with your body and mind in a calm, unhurried atmosphere.

Retreat price:
– €199 / person in a shared twin room
– €229 / person in a single room
The price includes:
– accommodation
– meals (lunch, dinner, light breakfast, and brunch)
– guided stretching and yoga sessions
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket, and if available, two yoga blocks and a bolster.
The retreat will take place with a minimum of 15 participants. After confirmation, participation becomes binding and non-refundable. Payment is collected in advance once the event is confirmed. The number of places is limited, so book yours soon!

(A calm and nurturing practice with smooth movements that open and strengthen the body while mindful breathing soothes the mind. You’ll release tension, restore energy, and find balance and inner harmony.)
16:30–18:00 Opportunity to enjoy sauna and swimming by the beautiful Lake Sääksjärvi
18:00–19:00 Delicious and healthy buffet dinner
19:30–20:45 Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Relaxation
(Yin yoga is a gentle, deeply relaxing practice with long-held poses that release tension, improve flexibility, and bring clarity and peace of mind. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation that takes you into a state of deep rest – it restores, reduces stress, and brings serene calmness.)

10:00–11:00 Gentle Morning Yoga
(A soft and strengthening practice to awaken the body and mind for the new day. This session combines slow movements, deep breathing, and grounding postures to enhance balance, strength, and presence.)
